Multi-group tournaments (2 to 8 groups)

1. Enter the Tournament name
2. Enter the start and end dates
3. Select the number of tables available (2, 4, 8, 16).
4. Select the mode (Pool PT or 9 Ball).
5. Click on Create Tournament
6. The Tournament is inserted in the Tournament list, with buttons to Select, Edit, Delete and Generate PDF

1. Enter the player's name, email, and phone number
2. Click Choose file to attach the player's photo
3. Click Save player
4. The player will be added to the Current Players list, with buttons to Edit, Delete, and next to the phone number a WhatsApp button to send direct messages to the player

1. To create group A, click on create group
3. Select the players to assign to the group (16 players)
4. Choose Group A and click on Assign Players
5. Wait a few seconds, and you will see the 16 players assigned to Group A
6. Enter the requested information, click on Generate Bracket (Day/Time/Date)
7. If the message is 🔄 Placeholders applied and ✅ Bracket generated successfully!

1. To call players to the game table, click on the WhatsApp icon, send a message to each player

1. Click the Open Scoreboard button to open the scoreboard
2. The scoreboard ends the match as soon as the win limit is reached (race to 5 or race to 6 depending on the mode) and automatically closes the window. Repeat the steps for the next matches

You should only Save Qualified, after finishing all the games of the groups that are part of the tournament (2 groups, 4 groups, 8 groups), this script saves in a separate table the first 4 placed of each group, which will serve as the basis for Generating the Final Phase, after saving a success message appears.
